Alumni Forum

DAAD alumni and current DAAD scholars have the opportunity to communicate with other alumni in different parts of the world and exchange ideas. The forum offers the following services:

  1. Updating of personal details
  2. Communication with others
  3. Access to the specialist literature programme
  4. Report database (You can look at the experience reports submitted by former scholarship holders or submit your own report)

Internet platform "Alumniportal Deutschland"

Alumni PortalAlumniportal Deutschland is a free online network which enables all "Germany-alumni” to secure and maintain their skills and contacts and to use them for their personal and professional development. "Germany-alumni" are people from all over the world who have studied, researched, worked or completed a course of advanced training in Germany. We also welcome those who attended programmes of training or advanced training abroad with the support of a German organization.

On Alumniportal, you will find worldwide events and training programmes, job vacancies in your region, tips and information on the German language as well as interesting news on culture, society and economy.

Companies, institutes of higher education and organizations of international cooperation will find alumni, experts and specialists "trained in Germany”. They can publish job vacancies, expand their networks and present themselves. Registration is free of charge.
